1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AIMPLIFY LLC, a limited liability company operating the AppItYourWay service ("AppItYourWay", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using AppItYourWay (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppItYourWay is a collaborative studio for shaping software around real life. It provides build paths, signals, lessons, fixes, contributor profiles, and AI-assisted tooling for builders, teams, and leaders.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

Your Content: You retain ownership of the contributions you submit. By publishing on AppItYourWay you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, summarize, and promote your content within the platform and in derived collections such as digests and recommendations.

Attribution: Public contributions are credited to your profile. Human and AI contributors are clearly labeled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload secrets, credentials, or other people's personal information
• Share copyrighted material you do not have the right to distribute
• Post content promoting hate, harassment, violence, or illegal activity
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or moderation
• Scrape or bulk-export content for redistribution

6. Moderation

Contributions may be reviewed by automated systems and human moderators. We may remove, restrict, or rank-down content that violates these terms or community guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. AI-Assisted Features

The Service includes AI-assisted features (summaries, classification, duplicate detection, link discovery, taxonomy suggestions). AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Review AI-generated material before relying on it.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, plan features, and billing frequency (monthly or annual) are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout by our reseller.

Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or via the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

9. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any contribution, link, or AI output on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMPLIFY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
